What's NewThree legendary chefs, one extraordinary evening.When a Fortune 500 company hired us to plan their annual corporate event, they requested an evening of unparalleled elegance and originality. We were happy to oblige. Instead of your typical conference fare – aging rock stars and motivational speakers du jour – McCall Associates invited three celebrity chefs to San Francisco’s City Hall to produce one amazing meal, and meet the guests face-to-face. Only McCall Associates has the passion, expertise and commitment to quality commensurate with the most sought-after chefs. They trust us. And we return the favor by creating ideal events for them to showcase their talents. For the first course we enlisted Hubert Keller, co-owner of Fleur de Lys, the lavish 4-star dining room that has redefined French cooking in San Francisco for over 30 years. Next on the menu was another renowned French chef, Roland Passot, most recently of celebrated La Folie. And rounding out the meal was Mark Dommen, executive chef of Julia’s Kitchen at Copia, the American Center for Wine, Food and the Arts in Napa. Each chef introduced his own course, then circulated throughout the room, mingling, sharing trade secrets, and thoroughly charming each guest. Quick on their heels was our master sommelier, pairing each course with the finest wines Northern California has to offer. For the guests and their sponsor, it was a rarefied tour through the world of fine cuisine. For us it was just business as usual.
